Saif Walajahi
Do you ever catch yourself thinking, “I miss when life felt easier,” or “I miss when the biggest thing I stressed about was the school book fair".
If that’s you, you’re not alone. A lot of people are carrying more than they show, and it’s exhausting trying to keep up when your mind won’t let you rest.
I help young adults get unstuck and move toward what matters by clarifying what’s important, learning to relate differently to tough thoughts and emotions, and taking consistent action toward the life you actually want.
I’m especially drawn to anxiety, stress, burnout, overthinking, high-achievement/performance pressure, and the “what am I doing with my life?” questions that show up during life transitions.
My approach blends ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), mindfulness, existential and Logotherapy.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me playing or watching basketball, snowboarding, and staying active.
